Police Department Event Requests

How It Works

At the Beaverton Police Department, we look forward to meeting our residents in a variety of ways. The Community Services Division provides services such as:

  • Police Department Tours
  • Classroom Visits
  • Parent Education
  • Crime Prevention through Environmental Design
  • Coffee with a Cop, to name a few.

In order to better help you, we ask that all police events are requested through our Community Services Division Event Request form linked below.

We offer police department tours to small groups such as Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts. The tours are conducted by a trained police volunteer and each tour is approximately 45 minutes in length. The department requests that groups are no larger than 12 people total. Each adult accompanying the tour must sign a waiver. Completed waivers should be emailed to the Community Services Division or dropped off at the police station at least 7 days prior to the tour.

To return your completed waivers or for any other questions, please feel free to contact us at beavertonpolice@beavertonoregon.gov.
