About Trespass Agreements Program

Through this program, businesses and rental property owners may empower police to act as their agents for excluding individuals from business establishments, and non-tenants from common areas of rental complexes.

The program provides a valuable service to apartment managers and business owners in deterring criminal activity by providing officers authorization to exclude individuals who display unwelcome behaviors on their property.

Trespass Agreement

You can submit your Trespass Agreement in two ways:

Fill out and submit the online trespass agreement form.

PDF

Complete the fillable trespass agreement PDF form.
Save and email the completed PDF form to beavertonpolice@beavertonoregon.gov,
OR
Print it out and drop it off at the Beaverton Public Safety Center - 6125 SW Hall Blvd.
