Reporting Concerns

If you have a traffic complaint and would like a member of the Traffic Division to address the problem, please complete our online Traffic Complaint Form.

To report ongoing traffic enforcement concerns within the city of Beaverton, you may call the Traffic Complaint Hotline at 503-350-4009. This line is open 24 hours a day. The recorded message will ask you to leave your name, phone number, and a brief description of the complaint. You may request the SMART unit, decoy car, Community Speed Monitoring Program, and selective traffic enforcement on this recording.

To report aggressive driving, you may call the Aggressive Driving Hotline at 503-526-2231. This line is open 24 hours a day. The recorded message will ask you leave as much information as possible including, the date, time and location of incident and the license plate number and make/model of the vehicle. If the information provided is sufficient enough for us to locate the owner of the vehicle, they will be sent a letter informing them they were reported for aggressive driving. No citation will be issued.
